Depending on the type of system vulnerabilities, interdependencies, and the cascading hazards being considered, different sets of expertise are necessary to develop holistic solutions within the INTERFACE Institute vision. As such, we have formed strong ties with other McMaster institutes and centres as well as experts in areas relevant to multi-hazard, interdependence, and systemic risk.
